Deliverables & Structure
First, a complimentary session is arranged to assess your needs and discuss the coaching process. Second, if client is interested in receiving services sessions will be scheduled and conducted by telephone or virtually. Third, terms of payment will be established and agreement signed for pre-determined engagements. Last, on-site coaching engagements are offered for clients that prefer a personal touch (minimum 3 hour session).
